Colmar Manor, MD – On September 27, 2025, His Eminence Archbishop Vicken Aykazian (Diocesan Legate of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church) and His Grace Bishop Sinoda (Bishop of the Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church Diocese of North America) led the clergy and faithful of the DMV area in the first ever Maryland Regional Oriental Orthodox Concelebration of the Divine Liturgy and the first ever Concelebrated Liturgy hosted by the Eritrean Church. The Liturgy took place on the Feast of the Finding of the Holy and Life-Giving Cross according to the Eritrean, Ethiopian, and Coptic Calendars.
