Florida Clergy Convene for Concelebration of the Divine Liturgy

Miramar, FL – An Oriental Orthodox Concelebration of the Divine Liturgy took place at St. John the Baptist Coptic Orthodox Church on Saturday, August 17, 2024.
The priest of the hosting parish, Fr. Timotheus Soliman, was joined at the altar by two priests of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church: Fr. Vartan Joulfayan of St. Mary Church (Hollywood, FL) and Fr. Sevak Gabrielyan of St. David Church (Boca Raton, FL), Fr. Joseph Varghese of the Malankara Syriac Orthodox Church, Fr. Alan Shaltan of the Syriac Orthodox Church; and Fr. Amsalue of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church.

In a spirit of fellowship, brotherly love, and prayer, the clergy and faithful of the Sister Churches united in worship, thanksgiving, and the glorification of Our Lord, God, and Savior Jesus Christ. The liturgy was followed by a delicious agape meal.
