Syosset, NY – On Wednesday, October 16, in one of his last official acts as Patriarchal Exarch before his enthronement as shepherd of the newly formed Coptic Orthodox Diocese of New York and New England, SCOOCH member Bishop David addressed the Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church in America at their headquarters in Syosset, NY. The purpose of His Graces visit was to apprise the OCA bishops of the current situation in Egypt.
